Pickup in Store

When you select "Pickup in Store," we will prepare your order upon your arrival. It is important to check your order to ensure everything is correct before you leave the store. You will need to be at least 21 years old if your purchase contains alcohol. We will match your name with information on the account prior to pick up. If you plan to have someone else pick up on your behalf, please let us know in advance.

For special items like seasonal or limited-edition wines, it is best to collect them within a week or so to make sure they are still available. If not, we may need to substitute a similar product or offer you a refund. While we cannot guarantee that products will remain available after purchase, we are confident we can send you home with a wine that you will love


Shipping Policy

State laws in certain jurisdictions prohibit or restrict the direct shipment of wine to consumers. Consequently, we are only permitted to ship wine purchased online to the states listed in the following table. Deliveries must be made to physical addresses; Post Office boxes, APR/FPO addresses, and other such locations are not eligible for delivery. An adult over the age of 21 must be present to accept the wine package.

Additionally, some states impose limitations on the quantity of wine that can be shipped from a single winery. The information provided below outlines the quantity limits applicable to each state.

Final local and state taxes will be calculated upon receipt of your email order confirmation, once the shipping address has been reconciled in our system. Quantity limits are typically determined per individual rather than household.

Delivery Schedule

Gatlinburg Winery works hard to prepare your order for shipping within 24 hours. You will receive tracking information when the shipment leaves our facility.

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday. Transit times vary depending on location. Shipments to the east coast average 1-3 days while the west coast may experience a 5-7 day delivery window.

We currently ship FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground. If you are interested in expediting a shipment, please contact the winery for availability and pricing.

Just a friendly reminder about your wine shipment.

Carriers require an adult signature for wine deliveries. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to arrange delivery to hold location where you can retrieve your order if you will not be home to sign for the order. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the wine to us. We may give you credit for the wine, but shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Gatlinburg Winery is not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses, please double check you address information before ordering to avoid extra charges.

All online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.
